Greetings from Maryland! My husband and I are new to camping (our previous definition of camping was "A hotel without room service."). We had our first taste last year at the big Punkin Chunkin event in Delaware, and we were hooked. I'm not sure what type of camper category we fall into: we sleep in our van and haul our table, chairs, stove, sink and other gear in a 6x10 Wells Cargo enclosed trailer. We're still pulling together our supplies and hope to test everything out in a few weeks. My "grand plan" (in a few years) is to take this whole setup on the road for a month or more and explore the country.
Welcome from PA. Some people at our Rallies have mentioned Pumpki' Chunkin' . Sounds like fun. I used to camp in my van when my Dad and I would go to different car shows and flea markets. There is no room service so it's camping :chef:
