We just brought home our (New to Us) popup on Thursday. We plan on taking it out for an overnighter next weekend so I can practice putting it up and down. We're going to a local park (5 miles away) with no hookups only because we have comittments on Sunday so can't stay two days. The following weekend, we plan on going to French Creek unless something comes up. We're senior citizens and bought the camper mainly for our kids and grandkids. But I know we will use it more than they will. I'm really looking forward to some of your rallies. They sound like a great time.

Welcome from Downingtown. Where are you going this weekend with no hookups? I was just at Hibernia County part a few weeks ago with no hookups for $15 per night. There is a County Park in Montgomery but I forget what that one is called.
Enjoy camping!!

Welcome from south central Kentucky. Beware the PUP bug. Your initial reasons for purchasing the PUP are noble. We haned down our first PUP to DD and hubby. The result was disasterous. (I wil not elaborate) Should the PUP bug bite, the symptoms include, but are not limited to the unavailability of said PUP to offspring due to previous commitments planned and executed by the bitten.....Just sayin'.
