Hi. I'm new to this site having owned my 1982 Missouri for about 2 weeks. I live in England and I am of the female persuasion.
I have only been inside the camper once since I bought it, because due to a freak happening, where the roll pin in the crank shaft sheared off, I am unable to wind the roof up.

I bought some pin punches and have tried in vain to get out the roll pin. I gather drilling is not recommended.  So I want to know how to take out the crank so that there is better acsess to the roll pin.  I have taken out all the screws from the front panel. Should this now just lift off or are there screws or rivets anwhere else on the front panel.

I am so frustrated about not being able to get into the camper all because of an inch long roll pin stuck in a hole >:(
