Hey there guys and gals im new to this just baught a used 2009 viking legend tent trailer and didnt get the owners manual. I figured most things out but not the toilet i dont know how to use it ex: filling it or emptying it theres also what seams to be a handle at the botom of it i have no clue what to do pls help with this particular camper trailer toilet
I can easily tell you how to fill the toilet, but I don't know how to empty it ;D
Seriously I had a portable toilet when I had my popup so it is different than what you have and currently I have an RV which is different as well.

Welcome aboard, BigPaul. You might want to look online for a Thetford recirculating toilet since you say there is a handle on the bottom. That handle may be the emptying mechanism that dumps the contents of the toilet into the holding tank to go into the dump station sewer. We have a Thetford re-cir. toilet and you need to "charge" (fill) it with 5 gallons of water (don't know the liter amount!) in order to use the flush button on the upper left side of the toilet.
There's a whole routine needed to use with this toilet, so if you do find you have a Thetford recirculating toilet, better order the manual or download one. Good luck.
