;DWe just bought our first pop up a '95 Coleman Royale, and know next to nothing. Found it at a garage sale after looking for a year on CL etc lol. $750 and dream come true. VERY clean inside, no leaks, cranks up great, and mainly cleaning right now. We set it up at home next day to check it out etc and its been up ever since (3 weeks) thru the constant rain we've had...just as we feel its dried well it rains again. SO good test I guess altho I don't like it sitting in weather for no reason. I decided to upgrade interior some and the curtains are very dirty...not soiled just dirty. Says dry clean only so guess I can't wash gently in washer and hang to dry? Iordered new cushion covers and valences to freshen and add color and will continue to assess and upgrade what we feel needs it. New tires and wheels ordered, bearings attended to. SO many questions so Ill take pics for fun as we go and hope lots will chime in with any advice they may think of reading this. Cant wait for our first trip probably in mid-August. Hope this didn't boor anyone but excited and anxious to go. Love the site.

No, not bored.....We're excited to read how excited you are  :jig:  Welcome from Eastern PA.

I had a 1992 Coleman and fondly remember the teal and burgandy colors of the 90's.

Welcome! If the structure and canvas is good, you've got a winner! Soft stuff (cushions, curtains, color) can be changed to suit much cheaper.
