Hello folks, ok, I like to do my homework prior to making a "big" purchase (this is big for me lol) I have been reading thru the forums looking at ideas and whatnot, but I think I am getting ahead of myself. so I thought I would come here and ask you your thoughts.
I will be using the tent trailer or pop up by myself for the most part, for one week during the summer and then some occasion weekend jaunts with the wife. I would like to have a stove, fridge and ac. having said that I could just go out and purchase a stand alone ac unit that vents outside, but if the pup has one that's money saved. I would like a place where a couple of friends could come in and hang out play cards that sort of thing if possible. A screenend in porch would be desirable. I'm not real crazy about having the toilet inside especially near bed or food, my thought is (and this is where the screen porch comes into play) is putting a privacy tent outside the pup with a portapottie (looking for suggestions and recommendations here as well). I will be housing this in my garage which has a 8x17 space. this will be my winter project should I need or want to do anything (been looking at mods, such as painting cupboards updating cushions and what not and laying down laminate flooring) as needed, but I don't want to go overboard into debt. Honestly I'm starting with 1300 currently and over the course of the next month or so will have around 2000 to put towards my new pup.
So with all that in mind I am asking your opinions, what are the good pups vs the bad pups. please feel free to throw as much info at me as you wish knowledge is key in making decisions
Thank You

I wont start the argument of brands. Just look for a unit that is in the best shape for your dollar. Take your repair skill level in factor with repairs. There is years of knowledge on this sight to give you guidance in repairs.  Do your best to look for water damage as it is your worst enemy.
Make them put it up and take it down while your there. Try all the appliances.  Ask Questions both form the owner and here.  :chief:

thank you. I wasn't trying to encourage a brand war. Thanks for your advice
