We had a good weekend camping near Prescott, Ontario.  The only downside was that i couldn't take monday and tuesday off.  The campsite was right on the St. Lawrence with a great view of the states.  It would've been cool to see all the fireworks from that side of the river too.

I was trying to figure out why that name was familiar.  That was right across from The Burg (Ogdensburg).

I had an apartment each in Trenton, ON and Watertown, NY from 2000-2003.

Yep that would be the place Steve ...    when we were there we had a nice spot right down at the water, facing south, right beside the bridge...  we could hear the traffic running over the bridge as it is a perforated steal bridge...

Off the subject:

Thousand Island's Bridge was as well.  (Wellesley Island, NY to Hill Island, ON)  That [glow=red,2,300]used to[/glow] scare the poo out of me driving my Fiero.  It always seemed to "slip" side to side on that open tread.

Man, I miss that view.
