Barring any major interruptions, I'm probably going to be spending the weekend making some Christmas presents for the extended family. I do woodworking as a hobby and found some nice things I think some of them would really like.
One of my nieces also requested a bedroom door wood sign with her name on it that I still need to design. I may just do signs for all the nieces and nephews, if I have the time.
Well, I was going to surprise DH with a spontaneous night of tent camping Fri night for our 27th anniversary followed by a Shady Maple breakfast, but after a miserable day at work & a less than stellar weather forecast, I decided to stay home in our warm house with our sons, drink some champagne, & enjoy & be thankful for the life we've built together.
(Matt, we were planning on being at FC & caching on Sat after breakfast.)
Geocaching -Done and had fun.
Birthday party- Done and Nathan had fun
Mother-in-Laws - going tomorrow.
I also did my rear brakes on my truck Friday night and rearranged some furniture in DW and my bedroom and hung a mirror (not on the ceiling)
We were at French Creek at noon and found one and hid one.

Well Friday I had my weekly visit with my Dad. (I know those visits are getting fewer as his health slowly declines).
Today our Son & GF met up with us and we shopped for food and RC car stuff. Went to eat with them, finally home
Sunday, is Church day. Then again Church evening. (It is a new members supper). We all enjoy Church meals. Right?
After two back to back camping trips to TN and FL, came home in time for a meeting that I raced to make at 7:00 pm that lasted to 11:00 pm and fell asleep to greet company staying 5 days, and they left yesterday. So I have been and will be 1) going to church, 2) doing loads of laundry, and 3) passing out (hopefully) on the couch while watching TV tonight. 🙂
P.S. We enjoyed it all. Oh maybe not all the laundry. ;D
