I know that pink anti-freeze is for RVs and green for cars but whats the difference?

Green is POISONOUS!!! 😮  Pink is not. 🙂

Green anti-freeze for cars contains ethylene glycol, which is highly toxic. You often hear warnings about handling and disposal, because it has a sweet taste that animals can be attracted to.

Pink anti-freeze for RVs contains propylene glycol, which is non-toxic in formulations used for RVs or other water systems.

I always wondered the same thing but since I don't really have a water system, I never looked into it.
