My mom is pretty much in a chair now that her MS has advanced. Not sure that she would want to go camping except in the warm months, but a suitably accessable camper would be great.

There are a few manufactures that have made wheelchair accessible campers. Here is a great one.
Wider doorway, open floor plan, gallery acces, ability to wheel up to the table and bed.
