Rubber coming loose from Traverse hard top...leaking

Hi all, I have a 2001 Pleasure Way Traverse pop-up. The rubber around the top is coming loose from the edges and now leaking when it rains. Can I fix that spot without replacing the whole rubber grommet? What to use to adhere it back into place? Thanks!

Are you talking about the rubber seal gasket that goes all the way around the roof where it meets the body when the roof is down?
