2008 Aug: FTCA, Inc. (Blackstreet) signed a trademark licensing agreement with The Coleman Company, Inc.
2011 March: Fleetwood files for bankruptcy and stops producing folding camping trailers.
2011: Beckley RV, MD purchases all factory campers and parts.
2011: 2 unknown sources purchase Coleman lift system, door and other patents.
I think you're both right up to a point -- I believe:
* It was a division of Fleetwood, FFT (Fleetwood Folding Trailers), that manufactured the trailers up until it was sold to Blackstreet.
* FTCA was the corporate entity created by Blackstreet to purchase the campers, patents and whatnot, while leaving the liability of the roof issues to FFT.
