So I scrubbed, cleaned, vacuumed, removed any remaining food in the pantry. cleaned the fridge and blocked it open,
put the pink stuff in the water tank. Ran the pink stuff through the sink and shower. Drained the hot water heater.
( installed a bypass kit to save on the pink stuff). Now my question I have a cassette potty which I drained and cleaned.
I treated the seals with olive oil per Thetfords recommendation. But I have never put any pink stuff in the pump mechanism. ( this is season 5)
ANY THOUGHTS.

My cassette toilet looks like this one.  When you 1/4 turn the handle on the left, it manually pumps water into the toilet.  When winterizing, I pump all the water out of the holding tank and then pump pink thru.  I've never read it anywhere but didn't want water laying anywhere.

After 10 years, I've never had a problem.  :-[
