YUP. camping trip #2 for 2013 is under way. We had a few light showers, but set up in the dry. We forgot some grocery items and had to go shopping. Then left a bag at the store and had to go back. But basically this trip has been great so far. Weather calling for scattered showers all weekend, but mostly dry.
Wife is sleeping in a cool A/c PUP and im letting her sleep by typing outside in the cool night breeze.
The trip was great. Some down time was very well needed. This was the first haul for my Jeep after we made some repairs to fix emissions problems. It runs better than it has since I owned it.
A quick rundown on times-since most folks generally want to know.
My wife & I work very well together at set up/teardown.
It took 25 minutes to set up (no awning used, no water hook up)
It took 30-35 minutes to tear down.
