At one of the rallies we were both at you mentioned the canyons in west central Georgia.
We camped at Schafer Heard (something like that) last week and drove the hour or so south one day to visit Providence Canyons.
We had such a great time and the canyons were wonderful.
we hiked down and went into canyons 4 & 5 (I think, lol).
We also visited a few places they film(ed) The Walking Dead since my wife and oldest kid are big fans.
Anyway, thanks for the suggestion of the canyons.
We love camping in GA.
So glad you all had a good time at Cloudland Canyon. We have not yet camped there but we were glad to rcommend it based on others' rave reviews.
Hope we get to see and Barbara and the girls at the Southeast Fall Rally at McKinney on Sep. 5-7. This was a geat camping weekend for the Yogi Bear Rally and we're waiting to hear from Jarhead71 et al. after Sunday.
