I need to use the slider way too much! Doubt I'll change my settings but thought I'd ask.

Once pic(s) are posted that are large, I must scroll down to the slider at the end of the thread, slide over some and scroll back up to see the right portion of the pic, this also cause all the following post to be wide!

I'm at 1024x768 on a ole Dell Latitude.

No scrolling on the iPad (used most of the time), the pc, or my phone.
Isn't there a button you can hold (control?) and then scroll the mouse wheel to adjust screen size for the page you are on?
I'm obviously not a computer expert either.  ;D

Based on our web stats, about 15% of our members and guests are using 1024x768 screen resolution.  The overall website has been designed to support that resolution and better.  The main menu, side columns, banners, etc should all display well .  We can change the max size a picture is displayed in a post to take care of most of the scroll bars you are seeing.  Members should be able to click on those picture to display them larger.

Let me talk to Phil about it.

oops
I am wrong about needing to scroll to the bottom of a post, the slider is not embedded in a thread (like some other forums), it is at the bottom of the window. This makes it easier that some other forums.
