Getting coals ready

Finished product

Ingrediants:
1- deer roast approx. 3-4lbs
2- sweet onions
5- small potatoes
2- cloves of garlic
1- pk of brown gravy mix
1-pk ranch dressing mix
1tbs- pampered chef Moroccan dry rub
2- cans of cream of mushroom condensed soup
2- cans water (use soup cans)
2- shots southern comfort whiskey

Put all wet ingredients in DO mixing the brown gravy pack in with the last can of water then pouring it in DO.  Place roast in oven and sprinkle the dry rub and dressing mix and place the cloves of garlic in.  Start baking at 350* for approx 1-1 1/2 hours and place potatoes, onions, and carrots in.  Continue to bake at 350* for approx 4- 4 1/2 hours or until all ingredients are soft.

Hope i didn't miss anything.  This recipe turned out AWESOME!! Hope you guys enjoy it as much as we did.

looks great!  Hopefully, I come home with some meat after Thanksgiving...I will try this recipe.  I am out of deer meat at the moment.  🙁
