Love steel head on a ceder plank with dill and fresh lemon slices done up on the grill...Anyone have any other recipe ideas ?
Just looking for a little variety, trying to work more fish in our every day diet...Also, any catfish recipes (besides fried) is much appreciated.

My brothers all live in the Pacific Northwest, Vern. One absolutely loves smoking the steelhead. For me, steaks or fillets and grill.
