How do YOU achieve it?  Everyone's idea of a perfect marshmallow is different.  Some go for the golden brown and warm throughout.  Others go for burnt on the outside and gooey on the inside.  My son and I.....we just like to hold the marshmallow over the fire until the gooey mess falls off and then we start on the next one.

In great detail describe how someone should make your perfect toasted marshmallow.  It can have a few steps or many steps.  Real or elaborate steps.

Example:
-The fire should be made only of Hickory wood
-Can only be made during the full moon so the toastiness can be seen in it's natural state.

All i can say is there is no bad way to do this they are all good. With that being said. I like mine to come out of the fire with having a little flame on it.

I think technique is important in toasting the perfect marshmallow. For me, I combine bringing it out of the fire with a flame still on it, twirling to evenly toast, and then getting to just the right carcinogenus crispiness where I won't die when I eat the gooey center. Of course, if I ate many, I wouldn't die, just go into a diabetic coma. What a way to go! 😀
