TIME TO TALK SATURDAYS POT LUCK DINNER.
The mayor and I have decided to go with burgers and hot dogs.
I will purchase the burgers, dogs and rolls.
Wood for the group fire will be purchased locally.
I will come up with a per site cost as we get closer to the event, it will only be a few bucks.
A few suggestions for the pot luck
Macaroni salad, Potato salad, Cole slaw, Salad, Baked beans, Sauerkraut, Relish,
Tomatos, Onions, Pickles, Fruit, Deserts, etc.
Please post what you will be bringing.
We will need 6-7 Tables and a few EZ ups if they call for rain. Please let us know if you can share one?
It looks like the park has 2 programs going on while we are there. A kayak trip on Friday night and archery Saturday morning.

Good call on labeling everything....kayak, paddle, pfd, etc. I will bring my 30 foot tow chain to lay on the ground or attach to a tree. Then everyone who wants to lock their kayak up they can lock them up individually so there isn't just 1 key.
