Joe, I wish I could remember. It's been too many years and I'm too old to remember where I bought it. It is a fairly common voltmeter so I probably got it at an Autozone or Harbor freight store. I know several varieties are available on Ebay and Amazon. It's currently stored in the PUP well out of reach until I pull it out of the garage so I can't even get you the manf or model until it's out of storage.

I like the lighted switch. Right now mine is just a togle switch next to the fridge controls.

Does everyone leave it running while camping or just turn it on for a few hours to cool down?

I found if you want keep a consistent temp without swings, just leave it on. Its not like its drawing much power. Even when it's not hot out, it does keep it consistent.

The happiest people don't have the best of everything, they just make the best of everything that they have!

Mine runs from the time I plug in or light the fridge until I unplug and turn off the fridge... If I were camping without hydro then I would have to be more careful with its use..
