Like the Eccotemp L5 Portable Tankless Water Heater.
I have a LOT of experience with Eccotemp products, I have used 2 L5's over the years and I have a L10 at my season site in the mountains. The L5 and L10 use a standard 20 lb tank and include a regulator in the package.
The L5 is more portable and has a lower flow rate, while the L10 is made to be permanently mounted somewhere and a higher flow rate.
They are extremely reliable and the company is great for support. If you ever have a problem, they will walk you through procedures over the phone. In one case when I had an issue with a water regulator, they Fedex Saturday delivery a replacement at no charge.

The L10 runs $249.00. It can run a flow rate of 2.5 gallons a minute and requires no electric. The unit is fired up from 2 D size batteries once it senses water movement.
Here is the unit mounted on the back of the deck at my seasonal site in the mountains.

The L10 was originally sold and marketed to Horse farms to give the horses a hot shower. Later they modified it to remove the electrical requirements and sold it to people with small cabins, etc.
The L5 can work for a popup by hanging it on the outside of the trailer. The L5 kit includes a shower head. With a bit of flex tube you can pipe it inside your trailer.
On pup, Xolthrax did that.
