I received an email about a campground membership, which makes me wonder? There are 90 campgrounds nationwide and 24 of them in the northeast region. For $249 annual fee for one region and $299 for the whole country.
If we camped one weekend per month for 9 months of the year, that's 27 nights at an average of $40 per night. $1080.00
You can camp for one week and be out of the system for one week.

Has anyone else considered a membership? Even if we camped here half the time, it would still be a savings.
Yeah, that program is limited to tents only. Membership when you camp in anything with wheels costs a whole lot more!
There are two Thousand Trails resorts within 15 miles of us and anytime you look at the local shopper papers, newspaper classifieds or Craigslist you can take your pick of TT memberships for sale.
