well, im getting older, and my kids are all grown and out making there own life, so it is time to sell my faithful popup.  I am going to the darkside,  but actually downsizing to a smaller camper  since it is just now me and my wife.  so I am selling my 2001 coleman Utah cp  in very good like new condition.  never had any water damage, canvas is clean, no mildew, and smells great., never smoked in, new tires , repacked wheel bearing last month.  the Utah has a great floorplan,  slide out dinette, ice cold a/c , cassette potty which is a life saver for dw.  outside shower, stove never used, a second atwood outside hp stove included,  also including a full set of high wind pugs,and awning mat.  asking$4500  pittsurgh 15227  will post pics when I get home tonight
