I've got one of these, http://www.walmart.com/ip/Camc.....er/7964403 and a standard opening roof vent, no fan. Removed these from my 2013 Travel Lite slide in truck camper. They are free to whoever would like to pick them up. I'm in Wagontown, PA western Chester county.
