Typically old Pop Up's aren't like old cars and don't escalate on price depending on age. It was a well made camper and sold for about $350 in 1932 which was around $4700 in 2007.
If it serves your needs as a camper it's not a bad choice and should last quite a while longer with normal maintenance and repairs.
But if your looking to turn it around and make a killing I'm afraid your on the wrong track.
