We have re-purposed an old black aerobics step. It is actually 2 pieces, a base & a platform, so it can be higher or lower as needed. Our trailer sits high, so at times we used to use a little plastic step stool, but that was too small & wobbly for Floyd. He likes this black step, as this is what he got comfortable with to get in & out of the truck when he had his knee injury.
