DH handles everything and I just show up so I don't know a lot about this stuff. His parents camp and I need to buy them a gift (around $100) any ideas? Is there a 'must have' or latest camping gadget?

what type of camper do they have?
tent
popup
travel trailer/5th wheel
motorhome

type of camping unit may help to narrow down a really cool gift for them.

For instance, if they have a popup or a small (1 axle) travel trailer, a BAL leveler is a really nice gift.

I told my family that some campgrounds have gift certificates...KOA and PA state parks. I wouldn't mind getting those as gifts :chief:

that's a great idea - - that one didn't even cross my mind. Next time the family want to get something for me and Joe, I'll suggest that 🙂

When asked I tell them gift certificates for Ohio SP's. If you do get them one make sure it is to the type of campground they use. Some of my friends say SP are not as nice as private ones. I only camp in State Parks. So a certificate to a private campground would be of no use to me.

Just something to think about.
