A friend of mine is teaching a basic camping class at the Lifelong Learning Center here in town. He ask me to come cook them something in my DO. I cooked your basic Mountain man breakfast, it was a hit! Not only did the kids think it was amazing that I could cook in a big black pot and it be edible, I was approached by the centers director and asked if I would be willing to come demonstrate and teach a class on the subject. I am no professional by no means but I gladly jumped at the opportunity to show my skills. 😉 If anybody would be interested in attending this class it will be held in Athens, Alabama November 2nd 2013. I'm pumped!!
