I'm trying to plan our fall trips and also convince the family to camp over Halloween weekend. Do you trick-or-treat at the campground? You almost have to with all the kids.

We had a group trip over Halloween weekend about two years ago and the kids painted pumpkins and trick or treated at campers. Worked out nice. Many private campgrounds should have activities like a costume contest and other things that weekend.

My son is 22 months old....I can't wait to take him camping in October when he is older. Many of the campgrounds do trick or treating or special activities over multiple weekends. I think he would LOVE it.
