Here we are at the KOA Kares weekend, @ NYC/Newburgh KOA

It is packed and I have to say not a fan, I don't think I've ever seen a more blatant group that has no regard for rules, quiet hours, no golf carts/motorized vehicles

I'm not sure how to enlarge, but I noticed my pictures from photobucket are tiny, but when I link from my pictures from facebook, they're a much better size.

which site are you on?  we stayed there a few years back and loved it, except for the "kids" working the pool/snack bar area...

it was not PACKED though either...more about 70% the week we stayed.

01, We are at the one you were at, the one you posted the pic of your kid on the rock at the pond. We come here often and will come back, it's our backyard quick gwt away spot.

Hi Go Big, are you over the initial "omg I'm surrounded" shock, and now having fun?  I know I go through that for a few hours just about every time I camp.

There wasn't any real shock, just that it was a very popular weekend with it being KOA Kares and it's our local around the corner CG, we like it a lot and it was packed, sardine packed, I know camping has steadilly gained popularity so I just have to keep these things in mind, as I can't go during the week, work and kids in school.
