The weather is offering a reprieve from winter and yesterday DW, my best friend and camping partner asked if I'd like to saddle up the Roamer and she'd meet me Friday after school was out.

I ran out to our nearby campground and scoped out the available sites finding a nice pull through. Bwa ha ha ha! We've got our rezzies in and paid for the weekend.

I've been watching the weather myself in hopes of possibly getting out this weekend. Highs have been in the 60s with lows in the high 20s and 30s. Those temps are nothing for me but DW is still a little iffy on them!!!

I told our DGD today that our camper was ready to be picked up from having warrenty work done and that before long maybe we could go camping. Her reply was that she wanted to go NOW! I'm so excited that she is excited about going. We will just have to wait and see what the weather does and hope to get out real soon. Have a great time!

I wish my grandkids were closer: 2 in Southeastern GA, 2 in Northwestern WA and 4 in Northeast Scotland. DD#1 and boys were up last summer from GA for a tent camping trip in VA. Temperatures were in the 100s daily. That was my push for a pup - still don't have A/C, but that's coming!
