Roof Latches. That's gonna leave a mark. On his wallet, both with a fine, I'll bet. And for repairs. Ouch.

And that's why I'm glad my car insurance covers my camper!

CampingPhil and ChefPete had a close call like this I think.

Unless you got a special policy, it covers the liability portion only. Nothing itself for the camper.

Yep, left side both latches snapped, roof flipped up, but still attached on the other side - ironically as bad as it looked, it caused no damage to the lift system.

The happiest people don't have the best of everything, they just make the best of everything that they have!
