Our previous '99 viking had the square one, like your 1st picture, for the lift system but a separate crank handle for the stabilizers that had the slotted end similar to your 2nd picture except the handle was more like an old hand drill.

Our 2007 Fleetwood uses the second style.  Fleetwood made Coleman, so it's reasonable to expect that it's the same.
