Never heard of that, but from our experience most RV dealers aren't all that interested in working on popups.
What type of service is needed? If it's something related to the lift system, and they don't sell many popups, it may be a case that they don't have a tech who knows the system. Any other system is the same as any other RV, so there wouldn't be a valid reason to refuse service, as far as I can see.
Are there any independent RV service shops close to you? Would you feel comfortable tackling the service yourself if someone gives you instruction?
