We were in that area last year on vacation. Didn't stay at Seneca, but stayed a little north at the Canaan Valley Resort, which was nice.
If you are going to be in the area for a few days, we'd highly recommend Cass Scenic Rail Road, which is a neat logging railroad that goes to the top of Bald Knob. Seneca Caverns was also really interesting.
We went to Seneca Rock over the Memorial Weekend. It is a very scenic place. We stayed at Seneca Shadows Campground. It is a National Forest CG. It was very nice and well maintained CG. Has flush and pit toilets. Both were very clean. All the driveways for the sites were paved and level which made set up real nice.

7 Year Locus - Luckily they did not invade the CG but you could hear them not far away.
