(Here's a hint....)

I prefer something nice to sip: a ruby port, cream sherry, Drambuie or Irish Mist, for example. Sometimes, a hoppy microbrew, such as Dogfishhead 90- or 120-minute IPA will do the job. What I choose depends on what the meal was, what my mood is and, of course, what I happen to have with me at the time!
