I ran across this video today on Youtube.
It can be either a truck camper (shown in video) or trailer camper (mentioned in video) and has a lot of nice inside/outside access features that some of the popup manufacturers here in the states could learn from. It's really expensive, though.
Website: http://www.wedgetailcampers.com.au/
Features:
-
[li]Powder coated aluminum construction[/li]
[li]Takes one person less than 10 minutes to set up or tear down.[/li]
[li]Basic (dry) weight: 420kg (924 Lbs)[/li]
[li]Fully equipped (dry) weight: 650kg (1430 Lbs)[/li]
[li]Basic: $37K (USD), Fully equipped: $42.8K (USD). I hope those are list prices.[/li]
Another site to look at is http://www.jayco.com.au it has campers with what they call pop tops, hybrids and travel trailers that the roof raises up . Nice for tall people.
