I have a 10'x20' canopy for the sun or rain. I'm also bringing extension cords, power strips and 40c coffee pot.
We will need 5-6 tables to serve the food for the potluck.
We also need 2 people to take pictures of the potluck, games and area attractions? You don't need to be a photographer, just a camera that takes good photos?

Don't forget the Friday night and Saturday night fire work displays over the falls ...
Are you sure? This is what niagaraparks.com says about fireworks schedule:
"The Niagara Parks Commission is pleased to announce that Canada's Longest Running Fireworks Series continues.
2012 SCHEDULE
Every Friday, Sunday & Holiday
May 18 to September 2 at 10:00 p.m."
I've been somewhat of a recluse lately, and more so the past couple days because our power's been out due to the storm Friday.
Reading back through the posts, it looks like there's games. We're always up for games. Not sure about teams, but we have two adults and three children (our two boys 8yo/6yo, and 8yo niece is joining us this trip). Some combination will definitely play.
We could and may likely bring our ladderball game. We don't have much else that would be considered Olympic, though.
Short: For the potluck, not sure. I'll have to talk to the DW.
Long and rambling: She's from Korea, so we could potentially do something Korean like daejigogi (spicy pork BBQ with rice and you wrap it with lettuce). However, we probably won't want to bring things with us given that we'll have been there a week at that point, and I'm not sure how many Asian stores are around that area, so it may not pan out. She might have other ideas that might work better, though. Otherwise we may do something totally wacky and make bread pudding (because we've *never* done that before), although maybe with an international (Canadian since we're nearby, eh?) flair and make it with maple syrup. I see mostly main courses and few desserts, so maybe the latter might be better anyway. Or maybe this DO Jambalaya recipe we found. Or ... If anyone has a particular request for something I mentioned above, let me know.
I can probably throw in a table without too much of a problem, and I always have my 100' heavy gauge extension cord with me.

Don't tease with something that sounds as good as that LOL.
Honestly not sure what games we are playing, my wife is 6 months pregnant, but my daughters(5 & 3) may want to join in on a couple. I have an 10x10 EZ Up that I could bring if you guys think you'll need it.

Hey all, according to daveo1289 from another portal:
"Remember, your camping permit will get you into any state park in NY as long as it's between the dates your camping. If you go to the Falls, you can park at the SP for free. Just have your camping permit hanging where the person at the gate can see it.
Have Fun, everybody."
