Laura, Welcome to CC, glad you will be joining us at this Rally. It will be lots of fun.
What should you expect?.......
-from the group, a great bunch of various people who respect each other.
-from the campground, clean updated bathrooms, decent sites, lots of opportunities to do something if you want.
-from the weather, It's March. It can be cold and it can be warm. Last year I was in a T-shirt for most of the time.

Joe has asked me to help with this Rally....so I guess it is time to book my reservation. I'm in Site 7. It should be me, DW, DS, and my dog.
I checked the camping cottages. All 3 are available at $45 per night if you have any friends who want to come but don't have a popup or a tent.

This will be my first state park rally is it best to use the web site for reservations or call them and do i not mention with a group or mention group don't want to mess it up. Def have to make this rally, We have Friends that live 10 miles away in reading that we haven't seen in 2 years I am sure they will make the trip to visit us at camp site. plus by then i will have cabin fever for our first trip of 2013!
The PA reservation website is great, you can see all sites or choices, and its a no brainer.
I would jump on this now. Historically, this rally takes the entire loop and Joe can usually negotiate a Pet waiver so every site can get Pet privs if needed.
Expect 80+ people for this one. Wood is usually prepurchased and delivered to the site. Everyone kicks in $10 or so to pay for wood and a dedicated gathering site.
