OK, everything is ready to go for Next Summer Big Rally in Williamsburg Virginia. After extensive review and working with several camgrounds, the rally will be held at American Heritage RV Park and all the details are updated at the beginning of the thread.
We are working on giving away free tickets to local attractions, gift certificates to restaurants and other great items. The earlier you book, the better your chances to win.

They told me when I booked that we would need 10 booked sites to get the special rate. People need to start making reservations!
At a minimum DS#2 and I will be there.
DW and DS#1 are going to Cub Scout camp starting Sunday 6/23, which throws a monkey wrench into things considering Williamsburg is about 3 hours away from us and the camp is another hour in the opposite direction. As soon as I can get a few things resolved with that, I'll be making our reservation.
Can you update my info on the first page? We will be arriving 6/19 and leaving Sunday 6/23. Most likely 3 adults, mom is probably joining us for this one. Joe and I haven't been to Williamsburg in about 8 years, so we are really looking forward to this trip.
I'd like to make a suggestion for the group dinner - how about hot dogs and hamburger theme? Something nice, simply and "summery" ;D
