Here is an updated of the sites that are still available. I would recommend you book now if you are thinking of coming. I suspect that this may book up since this is the end of the MS Bike to the Bay bike ride on Saturday.

Rob & Robin, Bob & Gwen, Glad you guys will be joining us. The beach and finish line are 400 yards away and it should be set up as a party. Nathan and Lori will probably hang out at the beach during the day. Lori doesn't drive my truck at all so I doubt she'll want to drive it in the tiny beach towns. I don't know what we will have planned Saturday night or where we will host it. I can tell you the riders will be pooped.....we may ask to gather at someone's site who isn't riding. Campfires aren't allowed but I wonder if they allow those propane campfires ::) We'll have to check.

Mike can probably answer the question with better detail, he has been riding and raising money for 5 or 6 years now.
I know that money donated to a team member goes to the team total. I don't know if we get team recognition at the event. I only brought it up because I noticed we were #2 for the teams. Individually each rider must raise at least $300 in order to ride. If we meet certain totals we get a T-shirt or a Jersey. Personally I have reached my $300 minimum that I need to raise. I am asking my friends and family to donate to my niece so that she hits the higher goals and gets the cooler T-shirt.

There are still a handful of sites left if you want to enjoy the beach and cheer the riders on as they cross the finish line.
Does anyone have a propane fire thingy since we are not allowed campfires?

We are about 1 1/2 months away. Many of us are biking like crazy to train for the bike ride. Personally I am doing 20 miles on the weekends when I have the time and a shorter 8-10 miles during the week. Hopefully I'll be ready to do the 45 mile ride in September. I think I will try to kick it up to closer to 22-25 miles soon and I want to be doing 30 miles closer to the event.
2 weeks ago I had my 14yo niece on a 20 mile ride and she did it :cheerleader:
