I'm going to talk with Lori to confirm our dates before we book (Maybe make it a long weekend 😉 There are only 2 sites booked in the pet loop as of 11/7/16. They have full hook ups so that's what I'm going to aim for when I book.

I was going to talk with Lori about this one last night but then she said she might want to come for the WEEK to Promised land :omg: Naturally we talked about Promised Land. I'll bring up Gifford Pinchot in a few days....can't push her too much on camping 😉

The row of full hookups from 241-247 are all reserved. The full hookups that are left are mostly sunny sites directly across from bathhouse (who thought that through?), they are sites 266-268. They are landscaped nicely with paver/block walls. The line of electric only from 227-235 are open. Most of these sites are quite deep. Also, the two electric sites beside the campground host are open too, sites 191-192. And all of the sites mentioned by number ARE pet friendly.
This park is very strict on where pets are allowed. You may only walk your pet in the pet friendly B Loop. You may not walk it anywhere else.
If pet friendly and close to the group are not important, there are lots of other sites available. If you are looking for water access, those sites (at least most) are non electric.
Looks like we're going to have a nice group in July. Any thoughts on a summertime food theme we can dream about on this cold windy morning?
Summertime food I always think of the Low Country Boil. We could do Burgers and Dogs. Or maybe seafood.....crab is a summertime food right?
