I just bought my very first camper (63 Shasta 1500... the little thing needs some work!) and was looking for vintage camper rallies. Really just want to see what other people have done. I'm clueless about campers right now. Every rally I have seen on YouTube was far away. Imagine my surprise when the closest one was near a site that I am already planning on camping and on the same weekend. Our maiden voyage (maybe the second; we may venture out in September to practice towing) will be camping at Knoebels Park with family and a few friends. After snooping around the website, you aren't just vintage campers but all things camping but if I get away from the grandkids for a little bit could I stop by to check things out?
We are less than 2 weeks away from this rally, the table is updated. We will be making biscuits and gravy casserole for the potluck breakfast. If you haven't already, let us know what you are bringing.
A few things going on... get involved as little or as much as you want.
- Campfires Friday and Saturday evening, bring a chair
- Potluck Saturday morning at 9 AM
- Hocus Pocus movie on the big screen Saturday evening around 7PM (weather permitting)
- Cornhole, beer pong, bocci ball and other games Saturday evening before dark.
Knoebels Hours:
- Friday 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Saturday 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Sunday 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

We spoke to locals and they say Friday night is best for Haunted house at Rod and Gun club, arrive by 9p for best results. Anyone want to go along with us Friday night? Cost is $15 .
Peter would probably be up for this – he loves them (me, not so much)
