I just got back from a weekend kayaking and fishing at Promised Land, ready to drive back up. Spent the nights sleeping in the hammock (packed light for the solo trip) The lake was perfect, the fish were hungry and the scenery beautiful. There were a ton of kayaks boats and canoes on the water. Looking forward to going back in August with our pop up and A/C.

Any thoughts to activities?Maybe the Canvas Campers 500 at the Go cart track?
Maybe the PCA (Pro Camping Association) 1st annual mini golf tournament?
Maybe another trip to Camelback for Zip lines and mountain coaster?
All of the above sounds great!
We'd love to try our hands at Zipline,
Just me this trip, boyfriend is still miserable with broken ribs. I'll probably make my own burgers due to dietary restrictions.
Bringing my bike and kayak, maybe a tube to float on too.
Anyone interested in doing the 3 hour ropes course at the zipline place? I'm afraid of heights (zipline was tolerable but wasir because it was quick). I want to say that Ive conquered my fears and done a ropes course... but I'm not sure I want to actually do the ropes course 🙂
