Well, we need to plan for the winter camping 🙁 blues so it looks like my honey and I will be taking the train ride up to the Springfield MA RV Show this February. We will be taking the Amtrak train up Saturday morning, the RV show during the day, out for dinner that evening and staying at the Red Roof Inn before returning home Sunday. Should be a busy day.

I'm guessing that she and I are picturing this trip differently. 8) I'm picturing the Tom Cruise movie Risky Business, a new Avalon camper in my near future and some great wings at Hooters. I doubt she's thinking the same. :-[
I booked a room at the West Springfield Red Roof Inn for Saturday night. Can't wait to check out the new RVs and have a few margaritas after ;D
Here's info on hotel for reservations: http://www.redroof.com/reserva.....px?pid=193
Well I was thinking the Risky Business movie as well and then you just had to mention Hooters - oh well sucks to be you. I still love you though honey
Trains in movies: Live and Let Die (007) train comes to mind. Or "The Great Escape" ;D
And Joe, that noon arrival might work for us to pick you up.

I'm working with a local dealer here in CT and need a head count of those attending the show.
Please let me know how many adults and how many under 18.
I am trying to get tickets for entry either free or at a reduced amount. No promises at this point.
And how many will be attending the dinner nearby at South of the Border as well as overnight.
Also if you respond here with a head count, please do not reply on the other site so we don't duplicate.
Thanks.
Lou
My apologies to everyone, the discounted/free entry tickets will not be available for our group.
Things have changed at the RV dealership I was talking with and they will not be providing them..
However, if you go to the camping show website there is a $2.00 off coupon.
