We'd like Site 41 for just Fri 6/17 and Sat 6/18.  Unfortunately, we have to head back Sunday because the last day of school is 6/21, assuming no snow days .  Requested email forthcoming.

Just 3 more reservations needed to meet the quota for the rate. Looks like at this rate we'll reach it... hopefully. :guitar:

We sent one of our friends the information about this rally, although they fall into the shade-producing variety of canvas with a 31ft TT.  Hopefully they'll be one of the additional three.

It looks like we'll need to swap sites from 41 to 54 to accommodate the new Hybrid.  Site 41 says 24ft, but we're now 25' closed, and about another 4' longer with the rear bunk open.

Cool. I would rather mail you a check when you're ready to receive payments.

Requesting site 41 (second choice, 42, third choice 30), from Friday June 17 through Monday June 20th (checking out Monday morning) - three nights, 4 days.

I see the sites said"24' Pop up" or something.  I have a 20' hybrid (expandable).  Do I need to pick a "TT" site, or are we good with these?

I'll send the e-mail requesting the same in a sec.

Thanks,
Larry B.

Larry - I was wondering how long it was going to take you to join  ;D...Don't forget to bring the guitar on this one, you'll have some strumming company with two others that will be at the rally.

Here is a map of current members attending.  Looks llike a great group.
We need 3 more sites for the discounted rate.
There are many other sites saved and available in our block, they are listed it the beginning of this thread.

I think I'm good to go, not sure about the ladies yet.  I'll double check with the work schedule on Monday- but pretty sure I can make it.

Does a cabin rental count towards the number of people we need in order to get the discount? I've got another couple that want to join us, but don't want to camp.

The cabins are included in the count but I'll need to contact the campground about availability since they were only held for 30 days.  Let me know know the dates they are looking for and waterfront or waterview and I'll see what's available?

We have 3 inches of snow and its still snowing here in the Poconos. It looks like we will have another snow day with a wintry mix on its way for Wed. Steven was lucky to get the camper out for French Creek without any snow in his way.
Joe Steven will let you know our plans for Raystown soon.
