How many people are we talking about?  I didn't calculate how much it would be for someone to shell out to begin with.

I talked to a few people and here what I think will work best:  Everyone is on there own for Friday dinner since we will be arriving at different times.

2 people can handle Saturday breakfast, 2 people for Saturday lunch and 3 people for Saturday dinner.  If we do I surf and turf dinner, everyone can throw in $5 toward the additional cost?

Just an FYI - there are 2 electric ADA sites available that can be booked by anyone now that the others are taken.

That works..... lets get a total body count so we know the amount to purchase.

Sounds good to me. I will volunteer for Breakfast.  Pancakes and Sausage? ??? ?  I only have 1 stove and griddle. Anyone else want to join me who has a stove/griddle?

Lori and Nathan may come up for the day so they will be around for lunch.  Other than that it will just be me.  I won't even have my  :dog:  :'(

Rusty will be there Friday night and leaving Saturday around noon.  He wanted to do breakfast also so it should work fine.  He and I both have electric giddles so you guys can work it out.
I'm intersted in cooking dinner.  Steak, crab legs, potatoes and a veggie.  If 1 others are interested, let me know?

Joe will be there Saturday morning, his flight comes in from Arizona late Friday night.

He said to say "I won't have time to shop for food...but will gladly give $$ and help cook or cleanup on Saturday"...

JoeCamper - I'll send "my Joe" with some type of dessert for you boys to enjoy  😉

I'm getting ready for next weekend.  I dragged the trailer out of the back yard.  That was fun  :banghead:

I was going to use my van as the TV this weekend (justifies having the 3rd vehicle to DW).  I hooked up, pulled it from the side of the shed.  In doing the figure 8 I need to do in order to get out of the yard I got stuck.  Previously I have gotten stuck with my pickup but that was due to it being light in the rearend and loosing traction.  I used the van to pull it out that time.  After some fustration I got my tire chains out.  They don't fit the van >:( .  After unhooking the trailer, I still couldn't get out.  I threw my winter weight in the back of the Toyota and put the tire chains on.  Dragged the van out and then the popup.  It was a very frustrating 2 hours.  I can't wait to go camping next weekend and just kick back.  I just bought a new bike https://canvascampers.com/index.php?topic=1085.msg8203;topicseen#new and I hope to take a short spin on it.

If I could figure out a way to keep them alive for one day more, I would love to pick up 1/2 bushel  of crabs, steam them and pig out...... (going into McGuiver mode right now). What better than a case of beer, a table of crabs and a roll of paper towels.... :victory:

Just out of curiosity, are the people who cook the meal, cleaning that mean as well?  Are the cooks responsible for providing beverages, plates and silverware or will it be a bring your own utensils and drink?

Everyone will provide their own beverages, plates/silverware, etc. This has seemed to work out easiest this way. I also won't have to drink Diet Coke.                   😛

Please include other items for your meal. If someone is making pancakes, french toast, etc... include syrup.

I will bring the 40 cup coffee pot for the mornings, first one up starts it.

I haven't been to French Creek since January.  They were working on a bridge and there was a detour the way I normally come in....100 to 401 to 345.  Has that bridge been fixed?  I know there is another way in but I am just not familiar with that way (coming from Downingtown)

I'm not sure if the bridge is finished but if you go to Google Maps and put in Downingtown, PA and French Creek State Park, it will give you three options to get there.  All take 40 minutes

I have some *thick* stuff that has been aging. We can't start the fire with it, but they are big for keeping it going. We also have a few pieces left over from the Knoebels trip.

Should get there around 7:30 or so.

Great time this weekend with the guys.  Rained Saturday night around 10pm, didn't stop the drinks and stories under a canopy.  Park Ranger was awesome.

The campfire was a little crazy, (mental note) don't expect a half dozen guys to have everything under control at the fire when you are sleeping in a chair.

Posting pictures very soon.
