For the true Martini drinks, we are toying with Tanqueray 10 for Martini's and some thing "blue" for the test tube shots.

Not sure about what we are making, there is a possibility that Peter may have to work that weekend (Pure overtime after being uneemployed for a long time), so I may be coming up solo.

If its both of  us, then probably Pork Chops or Pork Loin cooked over the fire....

In this fall weather :camperkid: , I'm going with a big pot of homemade chicken noodle and something else.  Just not sure what?
We are still up in the air about what time we are leaving.  The other Joe has to go to his sister house closing before he can leave.  I'm not sure what Joy and Eric are up to yet?

I'd like to take a half day and get there and set up before dark but who knows?

I think I might try a crock pot recipe my brother in-law made for us last night.  It was some fancy french beef stew, pretty tasty and nice and warm.  I might also be solo for this trip.  Hope to leave from work around 3:30 and arrive sometime around 6ish.

Marc - fancy French beef stew sounds really good...make sure you bring the recipe with you so I can copy it  ;D

We are probably leaving work a little early and should arrive at the campground around 2:30/3:00 in hopes of getting a bike ride in before dark.

Peter and I are a bit "iffy" right now if we can be there. His work has a huge project due out and with mandatory overtime (Nice change from unemployment). If he can't be there, I am not sure I want to make the 3 hour trip solo.....

Won't know offiically until Friday morning...

No Joy in [s]Mudville![/s] Lackawanna. Boo.
And possibly no Martini's either. Hiss.

It looks like we won't be there Thurs, but probably Friday.
