just wanted to share. My wife and her sister went to Vegas awhile back. I don't go hungry when she's away. What happens at home, stays at home.
Here is a cornish game hen, potatoes, carrots and onions.

Hoped it tasted as good as it looks.  I like to use rice paper liners in my DO.  Nothing sticks to them.

Looks good. I never use liners of any kind. A well seasoned dutch oven is easily cleaned and I belive that putting food directlyb into the oven enhances the flavor. JMO

Yum!!  I used to use a DO in scouts as a kid.  I'm thinking I'll get one this winter and be ready for camping and cooking in the spring.  But then we grill all winter at home so I geuss I could play with it all winter too...    ::)Great, another way to put weight on all winter  😉
